1969 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova SS 396 Coupe 4-Speed

This 1969 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova SS coupe was sold new through Clasen-Morse Chevrolet of Overland Park, Kansas, and was fitted with a replacement 396ci V8 under previous ownership in 2013. Subsequent refurbishment work performed since 2023 has involved a repaint, a rebuild of the rear axle, and a tune-up. The car is finished in silver and features SS badging, hood louvers, and fender vents. Inside, the bench seats are trimmed in black vinyl with patterned inserts and are accompanied by an SS-branded steering wheel, a floor-mounted Hurst shifter, and an aftermarket stereo. The engine is fitted with a Holley carburetor, an aluminum intake manifold, and finned valve covers along with four-into-one headers flowing into a custom dual exhaust system. Shifting is through a four-speed manual transmission, and further equipment includes a Positraction limited-slip differential, power-assisted front disc brakes, and 17″ Magnum 500–style wheels. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2024, this Chevy II Nova SS coupe is now offered in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with a May 1969 dealer invoice, an owner’s manual, partial service records, and a clean Colorado title.
