1965 Buick Riviera

This 1965 Buick Riviera was first sold in Reno, Nevada, and later spent time in California before it was acquired by the current owner in 2022. Its 401ci nailhead V8 was overhauled in 2010 and is fitted with a hydraulic camshaft, twin four-barrel carburetors, an Offenhauser intake manifold, and Sanderson headers. Shifting is through a replacement four-speed 700R4 automatic transmission that was installed in 2011. Refinished in blue over blue vinyl, the car is equipped with Dayton wire wheels, concealed stacked headlights that have been converted to xenon headlamps, and an Alpine head unit linked to an amplifier and trunk-mounted subwoofer. Additional features include a power-adjustable driver’s seat, power windows, air conditioning, and cruise control. This Riviera is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with a Protect-O-Plate, the owner’s manual, a knock-off mallet, service records, a set of spare wheels, and a Washington title in the owner’s name.
